Want to play along? Here are items you should have on hand:

• Watercolor Paper 140lb - Hot Press or Cold Press

• Watercolor Paints

• Watercolor Brushes - Round No 4, 6 or 8

• Palette - I like using a Butcher Tray for this exercise or a ceramic plate works great, too

• Optional - Kristy Rice Swatching Stamps

• Viva Paper Towels

• Micron Pen or Pencil

• Ruler

• Heat Tool

• 2 Containers with Water
